Zeway scooters are very handy and easy to use. If you ride a bicycle, you can drive it easily. You must have basic bicycle driving skill and speed control ability.

No driving license required for driving Zeway Electric Scooters.

Anyone who rides bicycle and above 15 years of age, can drive Zeway Scooters.

Yes, we suggest you to use safety gears as scooters pickup is very good.
We will deliver a charging adapter along with scooter. Battery of each model is detachable and you can take it to your home for charging.

Charging adapter can be used with normal 16A, 220 Volt electric socket.

We have e-Cycles, Custom Delivery Vehicles, Unregistered and Registered E2W on our fleet.
Each of our vehicles are individually customized to cater to various needs. Please refer to our E2W subscription plans for more details.
We provide a charger with all our vehicles, enabling you to charge your vehicle at your home or office.
All our vehicles come with swappable batteries. You can carry your battery to your flat and charge it through any 16amp wall outlet, using the charger supplied by us.
That’s great news. Before delivering a vehicle, we have a couple of formalities to finish. We will need you to fill our KYC, and finish the location verification process on your phone. Once it is done, we will share the payment details with you. Once the payment is received, we will schedule a time at your convenience to take delivery of the vehicle from our Authorized centres.
We need Aadhaar, your permanent and current address (if it is different from permanent one), phone number, mail id, DoB, details to start with. If you are a business owner, we will need GST and CIN numbers as well. For corporates you can write to us on [email protected].
We charge one month’s rent in advance. In the first month, a refundable caution deposit of one month’s rent is charged.
Currently, we accept payment through all banking modes and UPI only.
While checking tyre pressure and filling a puncture can be done by any standard tyre store/stall, anything else should be addressed by the experts. We have a dedicated team for such issues. Please call us on our helpline or raise a request on the mobile app. We will address your query in the shortest possible time.
All our plans have maintenance and insurance included in them. Only accidental damages, malfunctioning and theft are not included in the subscription plans.
We suggest you keep a track of battery usage using an on-board display. That said, you can use public charging infrastructure available at various points across the city for emergency top-up.
We are currently conducting extensive tests on our chargers in locations across Delhi NCR. ZEWAY smart chargers will be available in select cities soon. You will be able to view the chargers on our website and order them directly online.
